Revit Plans & BIM

Revit Plans (and/or BIM drawings) allow you to collect all project data, on any phase of the project. You can  selected portion or the whole collected information in order to use it for different purposes such as: cost estimating, marketing, material ordering, interior decoration among  others.

Project Plans made in “BIM” allow all parties involved in the Project building process be part of the model creation. The collected data is useful for construction and building materials quantities take-offs, finishes schedules, trim, mill work, etc.

BIM offers visual information on the Building Process as well, which eases communication and understanding among project players in different disciplines. Architectural BIM projects are presented in traditional two Dimensional drawings and 3D images. Usually, the Process of developing drawings in B.I.M. takes longer than the time of a traditional 2D Set Of Drawings.
